Mental Health and Return to Work: Lived Experience Insights from Income Protection Customers

Back by popular demand, Clinical Psychologist and PhD candidate Fiona Green will join us to share her updated research on the return‑to‑work (RTW) process for income protection customers with common mental health disorders (CMDs). This includes early findings from her recent insurer‑based focus groups, offering a rare, combined lens of lived experience and industry practice. Drawing on in‑depth interviews with income protection customers who have navigated the RTW journey, Fiona will provide valuable insights for employers, insurers, and health professionals.
