International Women's Day Forum 2025

This virtual event celebrates women’s achievements, promotes economic empowerment, and explores the actions we can take to advance equality in our workplaces and communities. 

This year we have pivoted to make this a virtual, complimentary event so that all ALUCA members have access to it and are jointly providing this with ANZIIF. 

This informal webinar is designed to be highly interactive with the panel. Each panellist will be invited to take stock of the value and diversity that women bring to all aspects of life insurance, our communities and how Australia is faring in gender balance and diversity. We will also unpack how collectively we can all #accelerate action for gender equality (The 2025 IWD theme. The UN theme is " March Forward"), with the panel sharing their own inspiring stories, how they actively support this and their embraced leadership practices that promote inclusion. Together, we’ll explore practical steps for accelerating progress toward gender equality. 

We invite all members to attend this special session. All gender identities and expressions are welcome, as achieving equality requires awareness and action from everyone.
