Commission into Financial Services, the Life Insurance industry was the subject
of detailed scrutiny and criticism for its use of investigations in the
management of Life Insurance claims, which was considered to be out of line
with community expectations.
Several years
later, we’re asking whether there remains a role for the use of investigations
in the management of Life Insurance claims to ensure product sustainability,
and how they can be used in alignment with regulatory and community standards.
