He will be sharing his thoughts on the current insurance market, as well as some of the challenges facing advisers and retail insurers alike. Being responsible for both the distribution and administration of AIA’s retail insurance offering, Sam will be speaking to the importance of the service element of the underwriting and claims proposition.
