We are delighted to announce the return of ALUCA’s special MiniLUCA events kicking off in Melbourne on World
Mental Health day, the theme for the MiniLUCAs this year is mental health.
Mental health is a major cause on life insurance disability related claim benefits
and impacts the life of many Australians.
Each MiniLUCA will open
with a mini–Mental Health Forum panel discussion touching on many of the
themes, challenges and opportunities explored at ALUCA’s virtual mental health
roundtable forum sponsored by Hannover Life Re.
Our second speaker is Dr
Pramodh Nathaniel, RGA’s Chief Medical Officer who will explore the evolving
understanding of the fascinating relationship that exists between the mind,
body and emotions and the complex ways they interact and influence each other.
The closing keynote
speaker is Professor Patrick McGorry, AO, Executive Director of Orygen a world
leading youth mental health psychiatrist and researcher, who will help us
better understand more about the social and economic megatrends driving the
youth mental health crisis and much more
