Join us for the return of ALUCA’s much loved MiniLUCA live events for this live event in Sydney, the theme for the MiniLUCA's this year being, Mental health. Mental health is a major cause on life insurance disability related claim benefits and impacts the life of many Australians.
Each MiniLUCA will open with a mini–Mental Health Forum panel discussion touching on many of the themes, challenges and opportunities explored at ALUCA’s virtual mental health roundtable forum sponsored by Hannover Life Re.
Our second speaker is
Consultant Psychologist, Alana Roberts, co-founder of Sana Psychology who works
with SCOR. She will unpack burnout and diagnostic features of the burnout
syndrome, it’s overlap with mental-ill health diagnoses, and the personal and
workplace risk factors that may contribute to the development of burnout
symptoms.
The closing keynote speaker is Mitch Wallis, Founder of “Heart on My Sleeve” a leader in the wellbeing space with 20 years of lived experience with mental ill health. He aims to provide perspective through his own lived experience - sharing how he got out of the "stuck cycle" towards growth with a range of tactical resilience techniques and tools and more. Gain new insights from these important sessions, so we can better understand how we can stay ahead of the curve with insights for the life insurance market in Australia.
Afternoon tea,
Networking drinks and canapes will be provided.
There will also be
additional networking time – where you can enjoy canapes and drinks with time
to connect with industry colleagues after the event and during afternoon tea.
