In this session, a panel of senior leaders from both
in and outside the industry will take stock of the value and diversity that
women bring to all aspects of life, how our industry and Australia is faring in
gender balance and diversity and their outlook for the future. They will
reflect on how we can break gender biases and stereotypes in our workplace, in
our communities, our schools and universities and in our families and how
collectively we can “#Breakthebias”, this year’s IWD theme.
They will share their own inspiring stories, how they
have embraced diversity and inclusion and how they too have contributed to
“break the bias.”
